Description

Chlorophyll a (chlor_a): This product is calculated based on CCI's multi-source remote sensing reflectance and comprehensive algorithms including OCI, OC3, and OC5. The CCI remote sensing reflectance is derived from the fusion calculation of remote sensing reflectance from MERIS, MODIS Aqua, SeaWiFS LAC & GAC, and VIIRS sensors, further projected into a 4km spatial resolution grid for chlorophyll concentration retrieval. The unit is mg m^-3.
