Description

This dataset provides Chla concentration data in mg m^-3. The dataset has a spatial resolution of 0.25° × 0.25° and covers the northern Indian Ocean region (40°∼100°E, 10°S∼30°N) from January 2000 to December 2019. There is a very good correspondence between the model prediction values and the actual observed values. In the training set and validation set, RMSE is 0.009/0.012, MAPD is 8.60%/11.31%, and R2 is 0.973/0.962 respectively.
