Zigeng Song, his research interests are atmospheric correction of satellite ocean color remote sensing of strongly absorbing aerosols, satellite remote sensing of marine ecology and carbon cycle based on machine learning, and atmospheric aerosol remote sensing. He has published 8 articles in RSE, STOTEN, IEEE TGRS and RS journals, of which 6 are first authors.
