Processing:
Based on the retrieved normalized water-leaving radiance (or remote sensing reflectance, Rrs), the TSM was estimated using the empirical model developed by He et al. (2013). This empirical model was developed for the region of the Changjiang River Estuary as TSM=101.0758+1.1230*Rrs(745nm)/Rrs(490nm).
Known Issues:
The UV-AC algorithm is suitable to the high turbid waters. In the clear shelf waters, it may have high uncertainty, which will propagate to the retrieved TSM.
